Aaron Jeffery

 Logie Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. Most well-known is his parts in Water Rats as Terry Watson, Alex Ryan and Matt Fletcher as Matt Fletcher and Alex Ryan, both from McLeod's Daughters. Jeffery was born in Auckland's Howick and he relocated to Australia at the age of seventeen years old. He was a student at NIDA. After graduating from NIDA the school, he began his television career with the children's show Ship to Shore. Jeffery is most well-known for his character Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He departed the drama in 2008. He also appeared on the third season of Outrageous Fortune, a New Zealand drama. Jeffery played the role of Frank in the TV series Underbelly: Badness as Frank. On June 22 it was the day he finished filming. The announcement of the casting for Neighbours' Bradley Fox was issued three days after. It was revealed in October that Jeffery had been assigned as a Wentworth corrections officer. Bevan Lee's show Between Two Worlds starred Jeffery. In April, it was announced 2021 that Jeffery will be appearing in the Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her. The show is based on the Karin Slaughter novel. As a result of his role in McLeod's Daughters, Jeffery was awarded the Silver Logie for Most Popular Drama Series Actor in 2004 and 2007.
